Our UX design process starts from planning and analysis of requirements with user research and persona. We follow ‘Content First method’ where we prepare the project contents and the design process including the following steps:
Every digital product is created to achieve a particular business goal. So, understanding the Product is essential and it is our first step before all processes. As a product solves a problem of its customers, a detailed study of the product will help the UX design process to come up with various solutions which will help the client to evaluate and can finalize the best solution from alternatives.
A good product design is always made from the perspective of its users. So, end user research is an important step of the UX design process. The user research can be creating personas, which is a representation of the users to understand the empathy and motivation of the consumers. The results of research are very useful to create the basic mockup of the product.
After completing the research phase, the mockup design starts. Mockup and Prototyping is the low fidelity design view which is created before the final visual design. A wireframe is a best method for designers to easily create each and every product interface with revisions and iterations. It helps the developers to understand the pictorial view of the product and can create a functional flowchart.
The usability testing is the next part after finishing the low or high-fidelity product prototype. It is the core section of a product design and the overall process is crafted to achieve a best usability experience for the end users. A usability testing part can be generating more revisions and modifications which can also lead to restructure the prototype in order to improve the user experience.
It is the high-fidelity design implementation after the finalization of the prototype. Visual Design is one the major sections of UX design process where the Visual identity of the product will be defined based on a Brand perspective. The process includes building a unique representation of the product which consists of defining a Color Scheme, Typography and Layout structure for the Product.
