We have been following a workflow where we combine all UX strategies to meet the end user goals. The initial step of our workflow starts from understanding the requirements of our customers followed by the Analysis and Research.
Once we have completed the requirement study, we'll plan the design process which includes all the interactive functionality between the product and end user. We'll divide the design process as a sprint module where each section will be a milestone and the work progression is based on continuous iteration and evaluation. The Following are our process descriptions.
Plan is an executional diagram of the entire work flow of a product design. Planning is vital before getting into the design process, as it is directly related to the entire progression of each milestone of the project. In the planning phase, all the steps related to the product design are charted based on a timeline with the role of the team.
Requirement analysis is the most major phase of our UX design process. The major outcomes of the analysis are objective of the client requirement. The process consists of detailed study about the users and scope of the product. The points of requirement analysis will be finalised based on the persona and is documented for the next phase of the design process.
Preparation of the Wireframe is the next step after the analysis and user study. It is one of the major parts which is considered as the backbone of the project. Wireframe gives the client a visual form of interactive design of their product, which helps to understand the pictorial representation of all product elements which is structured based on the user interaction.
Creation of the real Design view is the major part of UX projects. It is the enhanced view of the original product and is the most time-consuming part of the design process. It defines the overall look and feel of the real product. As we keep a brand design structure in every project, the design process includes a few internal sections which determines the theme of design such as Colour Scheme Definition, Typography selection and Creation of the Layout structure.
Understanding of the real user interaction is essential for any digital product. Prototype can be used to understand the real interactivity of users with the product. It is an original form of an interactive design and defines the navigational structure of the product. So, the client is able to understand how the real work flow works to the end user.
Our build process includes two sections where the first one is creation of the high-fidelity design prototype and second one is the development environment. The development instance will be integrating all functionalities based on the prototype workflow after the approval from the client. We follow Mobile first strategy with UX guidelines for Performance optimization.
